The Amplify mobile app brings the approvals and requests waiting on you to your phone. It sends you a notification when something needs your response, and lets you approve or reject it on the go, without opening Amplify on a computer. You can also view your organization's custom dashboards in the app.
This article covers both the Advanced and Simple Models. The mobile app needs to be enabled for your organization before anyone can sign in — see Enabling the mobile app.
What the app notifies you about
- Stage gate approvals — stage gates waiting on your approval.
- Item approvals — RAID items of the Other item type waiting on your approval. See Managing RAID and Action Items.
- Dependency approvals — dependencies waiting on your approval.
- Status report approvals — status reports waiting on your approval.
- Status report requests — requests for you to submit a status report on an initiative you own, and status reports of yours that have been rejected and need resubmitting.
Reminders aren't sent to the app, only the first request. Other approvals, such as for benefit actuals or resource demand, are only shown in Amplify on your computer.
