Experience a more streamlined and efficient Amplify. Our latest release includes a revamped My Dashboard with a chronologically ordered To-Do list, collapsible sections on Project Briefs for tailored views, enhanced Hierarchy cards for quick insights, and a modernized sidebar for easier navigation.

New My Dashboard

We've redesigned My Dashboard to improve your productivity as soon as you sign in to Amplify. Your To-Do list is now organized by due date, making it easier to prioritize your work. Chat mentions are displayed in a dedicated widget for easy reference. And to help you navigate faster, your Favorites and Recently Visited links are now prominently featured.

More Information on Hierarchy Cards

Save time and effort with our improved Hierarchy Navigation. Quickly access essential initiative information like Due Dates, Overall Status, Stage Gate Steps, and Owners without leaving the Hierarchy view. This streamlined approach empowers you to quickly assess the initiatives driving your strategic transformation.

Updated Side Bar

Enjoy a more intuitive interface with our latest UI updates. The search and create buttons are now conveniently located in the sidebar (with keyboard shortcuts added for quicker access). The sidebar can now be fully collapsed to minimize distractions, while keeping the Hierarchy button accessible.

Collapsible Headings on Project Brief

Enhance your Project Brief experience with the new collapsible section feature. Easily hide or reveal information under specific headings, allowing you focus on relevant information when presenting to different stakeholders.

How to use: Navigate to a Project Brief and click on the collapsible headings to expand or collapse sections.

Edit Custom Dashboard Templates

You can now edit custom dashboard templates within Amplify. This empowers your team to make quick modifications and apply them across all dashboards using the template, reducing reliance on external support and accelerating the customization process.

How to use: If you have Admin rights you can edit the custom dashboard templates by going to any page using the custom dashboard and click on the edit pencil in the tab at the bottom, right of the page. You can then make all your edits and Save the template. To get back to viewing your dashboard, click on the eye icon in the tab at the bottom-right of the page.

Warning: Any edits you make to this template, will apply to all other Initiatives that use the same dashboard template.
