Action Items on RAID Items
We've enhanced RAID Items to support a more granular approach to issue resolution. You can now create Action Items directly within RAID Items, enabling a step-by-step process for addressing risks, assumptions and issues. This feature allows for clearer task assignment, progress tracking, and ultimately, more effective closure of your RAID Items.

Increased Control over Approval Workflow Email Notifications
Users now have more control over which email notifications they receive from Amplify. Email notifications related to approval workflows can be configured under individual workflows increasing customizability for each workflow and reducing alert fatigue.

Measures API
We've expanded the Amplify API to include comprehensive support for Measures. You can now programmatically create and update Measures, enabling seamless integration with external systems and automated data workflows. This enhancement provides greater flexibility and efficiency in managing your strategic data.
Speak with your system admin to access our API documentation by appending swagger to your Amplify URL:

Improved ‘Workflow’ Section Placement on Project Brief
We've enhanced the Project Brief experience by relocating the Show/Hide Workflow button directly onto the page itself. This change seamlessly integrates the Workflow with the selected Stage, providing a more intuitive and cohesive user experience. Furthermore, it addresses previous usability issues with long assessment criteria, which would obscure the Hide Workflow button when the Workflow was expanded. Now, managing your Workflow is more efficient and accessible, regardless of the length of your assessment criteria.
Enhanced Benefit Formula Configuration
Building upon the recent addition of defining Benefit Formulas directly on Benefits, we've further enhanced this functionality by allowing you to preconfigure formulas on Benefit Classifications. This enhancement streamlines Benefit creation by providing a default formula for Benefits associated with that Classification. Users can then easily select the relevant Measures to drive the calculation, simplifying the process and ensuring consistency across similar Benefits.
