New Features

Value Dashboard Ledger

Customers can now see the progression of Benefits and Costs over time for their Initiatives using the Value Dashboard Ledger. Total per period is available on the graph, while the ledger gives a complete Benefit and Cost breakdown per initiative.

Measures and Costs - Project Brief Widgets

Off the back of the positive feedback received on the Benefit Ledger Widget last month, Amplify is now adding 2 more ledger widgets for Measures and Costs respectively. 

Add a Measure Ledger Widget to quickly and easily update the measure values from advanced Benefits directly from the Project Brief.

Add a Cost Ledger Widget to update and view Cost values on the Project Brief. Use this widget along with the Benefit Ledger Widget to compare Costs and Benefits alongside each other in one place.

Enhancements

Benefit Ledgers can now be Filtered by Initiative Columns

Benefit Ledgers now allow users to configure views using attributes from associated Initiatives.

Create impactful views by filtering Benefits by Initiative Stages, Custom Fields, and any other attribute found on the Initiative. 

Cost Budget Values can now be Locked Upon Stage Gate Approval

In Release 24.10, we added a feature that allowed Benefit Plan values to be configured to be locked upon stage approval to prevent users from updated the agreed plan after it has been approved by key stakeholders. 

This functionality has now been expanded to cover locking Cost Budget values and provides affordance for tighter Cost governance. 

Text can now Wrap Within Columns

Tables and Ledgers are getting a significant power boost in this release.

Text-area fields (e.g. Description) presented readability issues when included in tables, resulting in frequent column resizing. To create more flexible table and ledger views, we're giving users the option to configure columns to wrap text within the cells.
