New Features

Access Initiative properties on RAID Register

The RAID Register now allows users access to standard and custom initiative fields as column and filter options. This update empowers users to group and filter RAID Items based on their associated initiative properties enabling further insights and analysis.

Roll Up Milestones and Tasks on Schedule

We’re improving the flexibility of the Schedule tool by allowing users to select if they wish to ‘roll-up’ milestones and tasks to the parent initiative row.

This allows Initiative Owners to highlight important milestones or tasks on the initiative by showing these items within the parent item’s summary bar. 

Improved Stage Gate Approval Workflows

Previously when the ‘Allow approvers to be modified’ toggle was active under the workflow configuration, any user that had access to that initiative could modify the approvers on an approval step.

This update allows Administrators to restrict who can modify approvers based on assigned user roles. This allows customers to enjoy the flexibility they have come to expect while maintaining project governance.

Enhancements

Admins can edit locked Plan/Budget values

A further enhancement to the ‘Lock Plan & Budget Values’ stage gate process setting.

Benefit, Measure or Cost series values that have been locked by either the Stage Gate Process setting or respective series Classification settings can now be edited by Administrators via the front-end or Fastload; allowing slight adjustments to the Benefit Plan or Cost Budget without the need for re-approval of a stage.
