The Personal Dashboard brings together your conversations, notifications, favourited pages, recent activity, and team assignments in one place.
Access your Personal Dashboard by clicking the logo at the top left corner of your screen. If you've changed your default home page, you can instead access it using the profile icon at the top right corner of your screen.
Chat
Comments that you have been mentioned in appear here, with the most recent at the top. Remove a message from the chat window by clicking its red close button.
To do
The To Do list contains all of your notifications and actions that require your attention. The list is ordered and grouped by priority and age. Overdue actions appear at the top of the list.
My favourites
Clicking the star icon at the top of a page adds it to this favourites list. Use this list to navigate back to a page, remove it from the list, or set it as your default home page.
- Page — the name of the page you favourited. Click it to go directly to that page.
- Initiative — the name of the initiative the page belongs to. Click it to go to the initiative's default landing page.
- Classification — the classification for that initiative.
- Home — click this icon to set the favourited page as your default home page. This affects both the logo link in the top left corner and where you land when you log in. Click the icon again to set your home page back to the Personal Dashboard.
- Favourite — click the star icon to remove the page from your favourites list. You can also remove it from the linked page itself.
Recently visited
This section displays the 5 most recent pages you visited. Useful for resuming work when you log in, or as a reminder of recent activity.
My programs
Where you're part of a team assigned to a Program, it appears in this list. Use this list to navigate to or monitor the programs relevant to you.
My teams
Where you're a member of a Shared Team, it appears in this list. Use this section to navigate to your shared team's portal.
