The Amplify Support Desk is Amplify-Now's support team. It answers questions about how Amplify works, investigates problems, guides configuration changes, and passes product ideas on to the Amplify Product team. Amplify-Now keeps the platform running, secure and improving. Your organization decides how Amplify is used, and Amplify Support works with your team on it.
How support works
Each organization has one or more Amplify Champions: people on your own team who know Amplify and your organization's processes. Every question follows the same route:
- You raise everyday questions with your organization's Amplify Champion.
- Your Champion answers them, using their knowledge of your organization's processes and this Help Center.
- Your Champion sends anything they can't answer to Amplify Support.
- Amplify Support provides how-to instructions, investigates the question, and raises it with the relevant Amplify-Now team where needed.
Types of request
- How to — you're not sure how something works. Amplify Support summarizes the question and walks your Amplify Champion through the options, by email or a Microsoft Teams call.
- Query — something isn't working as expected. Amplify Support investigates it, works toward a resolution, and keeps you informed.
- Change — a change to your instance's configuration. Amplify Support guides simple configuration changes directly. More involved changes are scoped with your Customer Success team, to make sure they fit your setup.
- Feature — something you want to achieve that Amplify doesn't do today. Amplify Support first checks whether existing, configurable functionality can get you there.
Staying informed
You don't need to raise a request to hear about changes to Amplify:
- Monthly product email — release notes, roadmap highlights and other updates, once a month. Amplify Champions are subscribed automatically.
- Release notes — what's in each release, in What's New.
- Help Center — guides to every part of Amplify, available at any time.
