Tailored Views for your Programs and Projects
Views are now linked to their parent Initiative classification. This means you will only see views that are relevant to the Initiative you are working on, making it easier to create and manage views that match your specific needs.

Relevant Custom Fields are now easier to find and manage
Custom Fields are now easier to manage. You will only see fields that are relevant to the Initiatives within the location within the enterprise hierarchy you are working in. This means that tables and ledgers now feel cleaner and easier to configure with the columns you want.

Admins can now control User permissions to specific Initiative actions
Initiative permissions are now more flexible. Instead of one setting controlling everything, you can now decide who can create, update, move, archive, restore, or delete Initiatives.
We’ve also added a dedicated permission for the Properties Page, so you can choose whether users can access it or make updates to the Initiative from it.
Your existing permissions will carry over automatically, and administrators can adjust roles as needed to better match how your organisation works.

Enhancements
Initiative Properties are now available on Costs Table
The Costs Table View now includes Initiative Properties, just like the Benefit table and ledger. This gives you more context when reviewing costs without needing to switch screens.
In future releases, you’ll also be able to access Initiative Properties from other areas like the Costs Ledger and Schedule.

Create RAID Action Items as either Milestones or Tasks
RAID Action Items can now be added as either a Task or a Milestone. This makes their behavior consistent with other areas like the Schedule and provides more flexibility in how you use Action Items.
You can now also convert existing Action Items from a Task to a Milestone or vice versa, so older items stay flexible and aligned with the new approach.
Custom Field deletion now has an additional confirmation
We have added a confirmation step when deleting a custom field to help to prevent against accidental data loss. You will now be asked to type DELETE before the change goes through and will be presented with updated text to make it clear what will be happen upon deletion.
Added new fields to Initiative and Task GET/PUT/POST APIs
Our GET/PUT/POST API methods for Initiatives and Tasks now include you more fields. This means you can pull more data from Amplify and use it in your integrations, giving you greater flexibility and control over how you use your data.Â
