New Features
Approve Timesheets Faster, With Less Effort
Managing timesheets is now quicker and more intuitive. By bringing timesheet management into a single, streamlined experience, managers can easily review activity and take action in bulk — whether that’s approving multiple submissions, rejecting them, or nudging the right people with reminders.Â
The result is less admin overhead and faster closeout of timesheet cycles, especially for teams managing large numbers of users.  Â

Keep Notifications Relevant as Projects Wrap Up
As projects reach completion, get paused, or are cancelled, not every update needs to land in someone’s inbox (or on their To Do list).Â
Teams using stage gates can now quietly close out projects without unnecessary notifications, helping stakeholders stay focused on active work while still preserving accurate project status. This can be configured for End Stages in the Stage Gate Process. Â

See Task Dependencies at a Glance
Project Managers can now gain a clearer picture of how tasks connect to one another. By exposing task predecessor and successor information as schedule columns, project managers can spot dependencies, identify constraints earlier, and focus attention on high impact tasks that could affect delivery timelines. This added visibility supports better planning and more confident decision making. Â

Enhancements
A More Consistent Experience for TimePhased Input
Timephased data input pages have been refreshed to deliver a more consistent and intuitive experience. By aligning how charts, ledgers, and supporting information are presented, teams can move between series based pages with greater confidence and less friction.Â
This update marks the first step in improving the series data input experience, laying the foundation for future enhancements while immediately making planning clearer and easier to work with.Â
Stronger Foundations for Resource Demand API Integrations
The Resource Demand API has been updated to align with the new Resource Management architecture. This ensures existing integrations continue to work reliably, while laying the groundwork for future enhancements that take advantage of the latest updates to Resource Management.
Teams relying on API driven reporting or external systems can move forward with confidence as resource capabilities continue to evolve.Â
