New Features
Ledger Type Inputs for Plan/Adjust Tabs
New Ledger Input on Plan/Adjust Tabs
Existing input components from the plan/adjust tabs for Benefits, Measures, Costs, Resource Capacity, Resource Demand, and Goals have been replaced with more modern input fields which provide a more consistent user experience with existing Ledger views.
This change makes it easier than ever to update Plans, Budgets, Actual Values, and Forecasts across the application while preserving existing functionality like benefit approval workflows.

Fill Cell Data with the Fill Handle
A new Fill Handle has been introduced to the Plan Tab table and can now be used to fill data across, below, and above cells.
This Fill Handle also allows for incrementation by selecting a single cell and dragging the fill handle while holding either ‘Alt’ or ‘Opt’ or Windows and Mac respectively. Alternatively, selecting multiple cells with values of 10, 20, 30 and subsequently dragging the fill handle will result in values of 40, 50, 60, etc.
Stage Gate Workflows
Conditional Workflow Steps Based on Benefit / Cost Values
Workflows can now adapt dynamically based on the financial context of an initiative, reducing unnecessary steps, and making approvals more relevant.
Admins can configure workflow steps to trigger only when specific conditions are met, such as when Cost Budget or Benefit Value falls within defined ranges. This allows approvals to scale appropriately. This ensures that higher-value initiatives receive the right level of scrutiny, while smaller efforts move through more efficiently.
The result is a more intelligent and streamlined governance process, maintaining compliance while removing friction from everyday workflow execution.

Enhancements
Programs, Initiatives, and Projects
Create and Edit Experience
Creating and editing Initiatives, Programs, and Projects is now easier and faster.
An update the the Create and Edit experience for Initiative entities moves existing properties and custom fields into more logical groupings moves the editing functionality into a side sheet to better mirror the experience with RAID Items, Benefits, and Costs.
This means users will be able to create Initiatives faster, while simultaneously improving initial data-capture during creation.
Initiative Properties Page Updates
Get in and out of Initiative Properties faster with a cleaner, more intuitive layout.
The updated UI now aligns with the Create experience and recent RAID improvements, making everything feel more familiar from the moment you open it.
Collapsible sections help reduce visual clutter, while refreshed table components for areas like Goals and Scenarios bring a more consistent, easy-to-use experience.
With sections reordered based on priority, the most important information is always front and centre, enabling you to find what you need and make updates without the friction.
Task Register
Initiative Properties now Available on Task Register
The Tasks Table now has access to Initiative Properties.
You are now able to use these Initiative Properties to create more impactful views to filter or group your tasks by properties of their parent Initiative.
Project Brief
External ID Now Available on Project Brief
You can now include External IDs directly in the Project Brief, making it easy to manage all your identifiers in one place. No more jumping between systems or double-checking records to stay aligned.
The result is less manual cross-checking, reduced mental overhead, and a faster, more streamlined way to manage your work across Amplify and beyond.
Include Successor and Predecessor Columns for RAID Items
Predecessor and Successor dependency items are now visible directly in the RAID Project Brief Table, matching what you already see in the RAID Register. This removes inconsistencies between views and makes it easier to understand relationships between items without switching context.
The result is a more unified experience, with clearer dependency visibility and less effort required to piece information together.
