Release date: 10 October 2026
Features
Add lag and lead to task dependencies
You can now enter a lag or lead value directly on a task dependency, so schedules reflect real buffers and overlaps between tasks. Values carry through schedule templates and CSV import and export.
Track task status on the new Task Board
The new Task Board replaces the legacy Kanban module for all organizations, keeping the at-a-glance view of task status without Kanban's limitations. Existing boards migrate automatically, so no action is needed.
Enhancements
See dependency relationship in the RAID Register
Add the Dependency Relationship column to the RAID Register or the RAID widgets on the Initiative Workbook to see whether the initiative you're viewing is the predecessor or the successor on each dependency. It applies to Dependency items only and is off by default on existing views.
For more detail, see Managing Dependencies.
Sort custom field options
You can now sort a custom field's options in ascending or descending order from the sort control in the Options panel, so you don't need to drag long lists into place.
Note For a required option field, the first option is used as the value on records created automatically, such as benefits created from a Map or Pathway. Sorting can change which option is first.
Sort reporting group options
On the Reporting Groups page, use the sort control on a group's Options row to put its options in ascending or descending order, instead of dragging each one. Drag handles, a Bulk Add tooltip, and an unsaved-changes warning at the top of the page also make the page easier to use.
Note Reporting groups are available in the Simple/Program model only.
Filter users by active status in API v2
The Users endpoint in API v2 now includes an active flag, so integrations can filter out inactive users without extra data pulls.
Roll up lower-level initiative tasks on the Task Board
An initiative's Task Board now shows tasks from the initiatives below it in the hierarchy, so you can manage delivery from one board. Use the Parent Initiative filter to narrow to specific initiatives. You only see tasks you have permission to view.
Filter Schedule views by select fields
Select and multi-select custom fields now appear as filter options on the Schedule view, so you can narrow a large schedule to the tasks that matter.
Add new tasks and RAID items to a rejected status report
When a status report is rejected, you can now add tasks and RAID items created after you first submitted it, so the resubmitted report reflects the initiative as it stands now. Items you leave alone keep their original values.
For more detail, see Manage Status Reports.
Manage documents in a table view
The Documents page now shows documents in a table with document properties, and uploads no longer take you off the page, so large sets are easier to scan and manage.
Approve resource demand in bulk
Select several resource demand requests and approve or reject them in one action, instead of one at a time.
For more detail, see Resource Demand.
Get more room in the Resource Demand & Allocation ledger
The ledger now groups rows by Resource Type and then Name in a single column, which leaves more horizontal space for time-phased data. The grouping is fixed and applies to all views based on this ledger.
Assign admin roles for Fastload and Integrations
Admin role permissions now cover Fastload and Integrations, so you can control who uses them without a broader admin grant.
