Each Initiative can be allocated a Resource Capacity to govern your Demand Management. When this has been set in Administrator Settings, it can be found on the Properties View. You can define the resource types for your organisation in the Administrator settings.
When the Resource Demand tab has been enabled for your Initiative Classification, you can input and edit resource allocations and identify resource limitations to take corrective action.
The range of data entry fields displayed will be based on the start and end date of the initiative. If your project has different resource types, you will be able to select different resource types from the drop-down field below the graph. Select a resource type and, type in the resource demand for each unit of time for it to display on your Resource Demands histogram.
Amplify has a quick toggle feature, which can be rapidly used to input resources, assuming you are applying the same value to each input field. Select the down arrow buttons to apply duplicated values to fields quickly.
Resources Capacities section can be found on the Properties View of an initiative when configured in the Classifications Settings.
You can adjust the capacity for each type of resource using the Resource dashboard that displays if you click on a resource name.
