What's new in Release 19.1

Editable Data Tables 

Initiatives, Benefits, Risks and Schedule data can now be edited directly from the Table views for each register.  We recommend creating targeted views that only contain the fields that support your update cadence.

 

Enhancements to the Reporting Dashboard

We received feedback about the performance of our in-app pivot table reporting dashboard. Users can now expect the reporting dashboard to be performant at all levels of their hierarchy. The improvements even allow pivoting across your whole enterprise. We’ve also included some example views the highlight the power of the reporting dashboard and simplified configuration of new views.

 

New Search Bar

The new search bar is your one-stop shop for locating items in Amplify. Enter a search term to match by Name,  Amplify id or External id. As a navigation tool, the search bar helps you jump back to a recently visited item, access your favourites and navigate to your shared team dashboards.

API V2 Datasets

We’re releasing version 2 of our API datasets. Tools like PowerBI and Tableau are placing increased demand on our API’s. We’re releasing v2 that exposes more data, in fewer datasets in a simplified model.

Users Integration

Quickly populate Amplify with your user information. Very useful when importing large datasets when ownership preservation is essential.

Delete All Archived Items

Accessible from the card-view archive section for any register. There is now a quick way to remove all local items in the archive. The decision to only remove local items is to guard against accidentally clearing the archive for your whole portfolio. 

Permanently Remove Users

There is now a workflow for permanently removing users from Amplify. First, all owned items are reassigned to a new user. Then the user is permanently deleted.

AMP-7664 - Do not show report titles in ALLCAPS on the reports interface

AMP-7752 - Correct issue on Properties dashboard with select boxes are obscured by other interface elements in IE

AMP-7753 - Colour wheel widget not allowing colours to be modified via the text box (HEX input)

AMP-7768 - Enterprise measures can now be archived and removed

AMP-7540 - Columns on the Risks table cannot be re-ordered

AMP-7695 - Measure resolution and unit not being updated for simple benefits when changed at the same time

AMP-7706 - NaN being displayed on Investment Dashboard for Total columns
