Toggle Helpdesk
Due to some instances not wanting to import 3rd party javascript, Amplify now includes an option to turn off the helpdesk widget (Zendesk). This option can be found in the Administration Settings under Site Settings.
New Account Email Notifications
New user email notifications have been added to Amplify. Now, in certain events, users will receive an email notifying them of certain changes to their accounts.
These events are:
Locked Account
If a user's account becomes locked due to too many failed login attempts they will receive a notification.
Password Change
If a user changes their password, or their password is changed for them by an administrator, they will receive a notification.
Email Change
If a user changes their account email address, or their account email address is changed for them by an administrator, they will receive a notification to their preceding email address.
