Kanban Owner View

The Kanban Owner view is a tool now available on your Kanban boards. You can toggle between Owner view and Column view without affecting the board.

Click on the Owner view button on the tool to switch to the view. Your board will be rearranged to show owners for each column, instead of the column stage.

Each owner column will list every Kanban task assigned to that owner in order of the original columns. Each task in this view is colour coded to match the original columns so you can still see task progress.

Using this view you can move tasks between users, instead of progress columns.

To return to the original column progress view, click the column tool:

Kanban Program Overview

Until now, a Kanban overview chart was only available for projects on their performance dashboard. Now you can view a greater overview for an entire program on its performance dashboard.

The overview chart collates every Kanban board from all of the projects in a program and displays them collectively.

UI Updates

As part of the new Amplify experience, we are continuously expanding previous interfaces to work better with it. This release we have expanded two more interfaces: Maps and Integrations.

.xlsm Support

The Amplify platform now supports the upload of .xslm type files through the document manager. The files are only stored, not run, so they will always remain the same as when you uploaded them.
