You can now communicate directly with all the members of your project team without having to leave the familiar environment of Amplify.
How in-application chat can benefit you:
- Real-time Collaboration: Team members can now collaborate instantly with each other without having to switch to external tools or organise long winded meetings; ensuring faster decision making and problem solving.
- Centralized Communication: All project related conversations are now stored in a centralized location, making it easier to reference contextual information and track discussions using chat history.
- Scalability: As projects evolve, the need to accommodate larger teams increases. As a result, members of your project team will automatically be granted access to the chat.
- Reduced Alert Fatigue: Admins can choose to configure the notifications their team members receive so that they can brought into a discussion at a point where it's relevant to them.

Improved Organization and Personalization by Favouriting Important Pages or Dashboards
Building on Amplify's existing feature that allows you to bookmark initiatives, users can now take this one step further by bookmarking their favourite page or dashboard.
How the updated favourites feature can benefit you:
- Quick Access: Team members can now bookmark individual pages or dashboards, enabling them to retrieve essential information with fewer clicks, helping to save time.
- Cross-Project Referencing: Favourites allow Program Managers to build a single list of their most important or frequently used pages across different initiatives to fast track their navigation and improve productivity.
- Personalized Organization: Each user can select a favourite page to display as their personal Homepage so that the first page they see when they login to Amplify is the one that matters most to them.

Customize your PowerPoint Presentations Using Reports
Leveraging the ability to download information from Amplify in the form of an editable PowerPoint report will take your business stakeholder presentations to the next level.
How exporting custom Amplify reports can benefit you:
- Chop & Choose: Whether you have your own PowerPoint template, or you're building on Amplify's existing report, having an editable PowerPoint file allows you to select the information most relevant to your presentation's narrative.
- Add Context: Downloading a report as a PowerPoint file let's you add commentary or further context to the data already captured in Amplify to frame the current or future state of your initiative.
