24.3 will be released on 2nd March 2024
Release 24.3 delivers enhancements to the Status Reporting feature that gives PMOs within your organization even more power to effectively manage and modify status updates, ensuring their projects are on track and reporting requirements are met.
Add or Remove Reports from the Current Reporting Period
Amending which projects are required to complete a status report, gives PMOs greater flexibility to pivot and respond to change as it happens.
How modifying the current reporting period can benefit you:
- Request new reports: You no longer have to wait until the next reporting period commences to request reports from new projects, enabling you to start monitoring project progress immediately.
- Remove irrelevant reports: Whether a decision has been made to cease work on a specific project, or reporting requirements have changed due to shifts in organizational structure; withdrawing report requests gives clear direction to your project managers and makes sure reporting data is an accurate reflection of the current state.
- Error handling: Forgot to request a report from a project, or accidentally requested one from the wrong project? Even PMOs make mistakes. Being able to make modifications to the current reporting period lets you fix these errors without having to start again.

Quick Edit Submitted Reports
PMOs are ultimately responsible for the quality of the reports they are presenting, which is why having the ability to review them for inaccuracies or improve readability is an important step in making sure stakeholders understand and align with the information presented.
Editing submitted reports can benefit you by:
- Eliminating unnecessary administration: PMOs can make minor updates directly to submitted reports without having to send them back to the project manager in the case of last minute changes or spelling errors that need to be fixed before the report is presented to executives.
- Providing an audit trail: Any report edits made by the PMO are recorded under the submitting project's Timeline along with approval workflows. This drives accountability and provides a complete history of a report from the initial request to the final approval.
