Status Reporting - Multiple Report Periods & UI Improvements
We’ve supercharged the Status Reporting feature to bring you more flexibility and control! Now, you can run multiple report periods concurrently, allowing you to request both weekly and quarterly reports from a single project. Gone are the days of being limited to one report period at a time.

- Centralized Reporting: PMOs can now manage both monthly and weekly reports from a single initiative (eg. Program).
- Advanced Report Scheduling: Request and manage future reports with ease. For example, create a June report period with a due date of June 30th and a July Report with a due date of July 31st, sending both requests to the Initiative Owner with their respective due dates.
- Improved Navigation: The new listing page offers a clear view of all open report periods and allows easy access to closed report periods for comparison and analysis.
- User-Friendly Creation Process: A new stepped form guides users through creating a report period, making it easy for new users to engage with minimal training.
- Intuitive Editing: Editing a report period now uses a similar interface to creation; allowing PMOs to intuitively make updates.
- Editable Report Details: PMOs can now easily edit report period names and due dates; useful for correcting errors, adjusting to new internal naming conventions or extending submission dates.

We’re making it easier for Initiative Owners to stay on top of their tasks! Previously, they only received email notifications for new status report requests or rejected reports with feedback. Now, with our latest update, they’ll also receive real-time in-app notifications, ensuring they never miss an important update.
