    My team is tracking Mile stone date of all initiatives get L4 approval to check progress of initiatives. 
    Some initiatives are behind the scheduled Milistone date and we are discussing or report delay to push initiatives move on.

    Some users change scheduled Milestone date many time without permission and insist that their initiative is going on schedule, when progress of initiative are behind the schedule.
    I know it is possible to check that users change it.  However, changing milestone date many times after getting approval confuse us and take time to track progress.

    So we really like to prevent users to change milestone date.
