Filtering Completed Initiatives in the Hierarchy

Hi Team,

   We received a change request suggestion from a client regarding the ability to filter completed initiatives out. The use case behind this suggestion is due to the large number of initiatives being added to the system which take away from the hierarchy functionality. This would allow the hierarchy function to remain intact but be able to display initiatives that have not yet been completed to reduce the mix of complete/incomplete initiatives shown as a way to clean up the view. 

The overall suggestion centers around the ability to increase the hierarchy view filtering capabilities which would be valuable to have in the future.
