Entering custom field values

Can we have a table / fastload / something that would accelerated adding values for custom fields?  If I have 50+ options it takes a significant amount of time to add the values one-by-one

  Hi Jeremy, 

  Is this in reference to populating the custom field options in the administration section when setting up a new custom field? As it might influence how we build a UI to solve such an issue, how many options are you bringing in?

  As an example, for a current client we brought in 100+ options.  Seems overwhelming for a drop-down, but if we want to filter we need to use it.

  That's where nested logic would be nice as well (I choose one field and it limits the options in the next field).
