Add formatting options to text areas

Would like to have pop up or formatting options shown to the user instead of using syntax formating.

  We have several text fields and use a lot of bullet formatting within these fields....this is a necessity for us!

  Yes I agree, we use bullet formatting in so many fields so having this feature would be essential to maintain the level of reporting that we are accustomed to having.
