Auto-Approver Feature Request

Hi Team,

 

 Another client has requested the addition of an auto-approval feature to cut down on the amount of time needed to approve inputted values at the end of each month. The current use case revolves around the finance team using Amplify to approve the values that are in the system. However, for reoccurring values it would be valuable to allow for these to be auto-approved as this amount is static across each period which would not require manual approval.

Due to the values being agreed on initially, this has caused a bit of a bottleneck in regards to the efficiency of approving values.

  Hi Kevin,

  There is another workflow which allows for the Plan to be approved as a whole. This might be more applicable for Impacts where the value is constant?

  In general - just look for ways to streamline the approval process.  If there is a finance lead who is on the hook to approve 100 actuals, for example, how could we make this simple?  Especially in cases where the benefit is going to be static for the next 12+ months anyways (e.g., a lease exit)
