Upload Custom Field Options

There isn't an option to upload custom field drop down selection options.

If there are over 100 options, it makes it painful to enter these all in.

There should be an option to upload a list from a csv or something similar.

  Even just the ability to cut and paste from a table into another table for the options.

  We're looking at copy and paste from excel solution for the 21.4 Release.
