Managing schedule layout/project plan

Currently a standard excel schedule template gets imported into Amplify to create a consistent way of managing particular initiatives.

Suggested action, instead of importing this, can this not be created as a standard layout within Amplify, when creating that particular initiative. 

With leaner teams on the floor, we need to be creative how much time we spend on Amplify, updating and managing schedules.
