Schedule enhancements

Hi Team,
(1) While creating a schedule with predecessor/successor relationship, if there a way to add lag days to the Type of relationship? Foe example, Start to Start but with 10 days lag?
(2) Is the base calendar behind Amplify Schedule based on 7 working days in a week? Is there a way to account for public holidays, weekend and/or other holidays?
