The Simple Model uses a fixed structural hierarchy that keeps the same levels consistent across the program.
A program is structured as follows:
- Program — the top level. It doesn't support functional items itself, but receives data from all lower levels for reporting.
- Reporting Group — groups related projects together.
- Project — the functional level, where data is entered and maintained.
