Workstream Automation Rule Improvement

Workstream automation rules now let you assign Teams to Initiatives without automatically granting Program-level access.

Program users with Team access can choose whether a Team’s permissions apply to the program or only to the specific Initiatives assigned via automation. All existing teams have been migrated to true, which is also the default for new teams.

Enhancements

View all Benefit Units on a Single Ledger

Our users can now choose ‘All’ in the Unit selector on the Benefit Ledger, letting them view every Benefit together regardless of their unit type.

Cell values automatically display using each Benefit’s own unit (e.g., $, %), so users get a clear and accurate view without needing to switch between units. The selector also stays in sync with the filter panel by displaying ‘Mixed’ when multiple, but not all, units are selected.

This change makes analyzing Benefits faster, clearer, and more flexible.

Improved Toolbar for Table and Ledger Views

Table and Ledger registers now use a more compact, streamlined toolbar that keeps all existing controls while making them easier to access and use.

Filtering is now consistent with the Ledger widget experience, giving you a familiar and predictable way to work across all Ledger views.
