How to link a Stage-gate process to an initiative

For a Stage-gate process to be available for an initiative, the stage-gate process should be associated with its classification.

To enable the stage-gate process for an initiative classification:

1. Navigate to Classifications tab.
2. Locate the classification to modify and click on the Edit button.
3. Click on the Stage-Gate Process tab and select Enable Process checkbox.
   
4. The name of the stage-gate process and the workflows associated with each of its stages should be selected one after another in the fields displayed.
5. Click Save when finished.

The Performance dashboard will now display your Stage-Gate. It is also worth noting that the Stage-Gate Approval Workflows can be further customised in the Workflows tab of the  Administrator section.
