This release has seen multiple bug issues resolved as well as many continued platform upgrades to ensure that Amplify remains at top performance.
Project Brief Update
The Project Brief feature has received an update. A couple of the Project Brief widgets have been expanded to allow the addition of Custom Fields within them. These concern the Task and RAID Item widgets. To change the data displayed in these widgets, follow these steps:
- Access your Project Brief template either through the Administration Initiative Classifications or through the Program Configuration
- If you haven't already, add a Task or RAID Item widget to your template
- A new icon has been added to the template widgets
- Clicking this icon will open the options for the widget
- The options available are a combination of the default item attributes and the custom fields
- Select the data that you want to display in the widget to a maximum of 4 selections
- If no options are selected, the default configuration will be reapplied
Kanban Update
The Kanban feature has been updated to become available to all initiatives, not just Program projects. To configure a Kanban board on an initiative, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Administration > Classifications
- Locate the initiative classification you want to configure Kanban on and click Edit
- From the tab bar at the top, click on the new item Work Planning
- You will now see your Kanban configuration
