Mobile Dashboards

Some of your Amplify Dashboards are also available to view on the Amplify Mobile Companion app. To view these dashboards on your mobile device, they need to be enabled for mobile and then added to your favourites list.

Enabling Mobile Dashboards

To make your dashboards available for the mobile app:

1. As an administrator user, navigate to the Administration section of the Amplify software.
2. Navigate to Power BI Reports
3. This page will list your available dashboards. In the column Mobile Layout, click the toggle to the on position for each dashboard you want accessible via the mobile app.
4. Click Update to save your settings

Adding Dashboards to the Mobile Companion App

To view an enabled dashboard on your mobile companion app:

1. Navigate to the dashboard you want to add to the app
2. Click on the favourite icon to add it to your favourite list
   
3. Check your favourite list on your personal dashboard to see if it is available on mobile. A mobile tag will appear alongside it in the favourites list
   
4. Now open your Amplify Mobile Companion App and tap on the Favourites tab
   
5. The Favourites tab will display all of your favourited dashboards
   
6. Tap on a dashboard to view it
   
7. If your dashboard has multiple pages, you can use the navigation at the bottom of the screen to move between pages
