View Resource Capacity and Demand on the Gantt

When you define your program's resource capacity and set the resource demand for individual projects, Amplify will show them on the Gantt chart. You have a quick view of each project's resource needs and the program's overall resource capacity on the Gantt chart.

The Features button has a setting that will need to display resource information on the Gantt.

You will notice a bar to indicate the resource demand under each project head on the Gantt chart. There will be a bar under the program to show the resource capacity. 

As a user, you can adjust the Gantt demand bars to fit the program's capacity. Clicking on the link button will display the Resource Dashboard. Since the duration of items within the project and the project duration are interlinked, changing the resource timeframe may cause the project timelines to adjust.
