If the enclosing program allows impacts and has impact types defined, you will be able to add impacts in your project.
Adding an impact or benefit requires only selecting the impact type or classification to base it on, specifying the start and end dates, the owner and filling in the custom field values, if any.
To add an impact:
- Access your project.
- Click on the New Impact from the Quick Create Menu.
- Fill out the relevant fields in the Create a New Benefit form.
- Click on the Save button or select the Create another checkbox to create a new impact.
