The Project dashboard showcases the performance indicators of the selected project. You can view a quick snapshot of your project's financial benefits, costs and RAID items in the tables in the first row of the page. Underneath the first row you will see each non-financial benefit classification represented.
Following that, you will see a list of benefits linked to project delivery milestones on the Project - Benefits Delivery Schedule widget. The Pending Approvals widget is displayed at the end.
Financial/Non Financial BenefitsThis table displays the aggregated plan, forecast, and actual values of the project's benefits. It also shows a variance value, which, if displayed in red and negative, indicates that the current plan value is behind the baseline value.
The counter in the circle at the top right of the widget indicates how many benefits are contributing to the widget data. Clicking on the counter or the link icon next to it will take you to the benefit register filtered to that classification.
If you want to see the benefit performance for a particular year, set the Financial Reporting mode to Annualised and select a Reporting year.
This table displays the total costs of the project in budget, forecast and actual-to-date separately.
The counter in the circle at the top right of the widget indicates how many costs are contributing to the widget data. Clicking on the counter or the link icon next to it will take you to the costs register filtered to that classification.
The RAID chart reveals how many RAID items are open and what is their total financial impact.
Project- Benefit Delivery Schedule widget
When a delivery milestone is linked to a benefit through the Amplify Project Schedule, changes of dates of that delivery milestone will influence the benefit and the measures it is linked to. The Project- Benefits Delivery Schedule widget displays the project milestones and the benefits linked to them. If baselines are captured, you can toggle on the Show Baseline button to display baseline bars on this chart. Any delay from the baseline milestone dates will be indicated by a red icon(as seen in the below screenshot). Hover the mouse pointer over it to see the actual delayed number of days.
Please note that only those milestones that have the Display on Dashboard setting enabled will be displayed here.
The Pending Approval section at the bottom of the page allows you to see the list of project's active approval workflows and the people who are yet to approve those workflows.
You are able to edit an approval request by adding comments or new approvers using this section.
