The Process dashboard (set from Classifications) within an Initiative, will only display metrics when a Stage-Gate has been set up.
At the top of the page are a series of tabs representing the contributing benefit classifications and costs. The first tab is costs and displays all of the contributing cost items. The second tab is financial benefits, this tab contains all of the contributing benefits using a classification with financial units. The proceeding tabs represent individual benefit classifications using non-financial units. Clicking on a tab will change the dashboard to display the relevant values.
When a Stage-Gate has been set, the Process Dashboard will display the Benefits and Costs of initiatives currently at each stage of the process. The Stage Total label shows the aggregated total of all benefits within initiatives at and within the current level.
Hovering the mouse over individual initiative names will reveal the initiative's total direct plan and budget values against Stage Total labels respectively.
The Stage-Gate allows for an easy review of what needs to be complete, with links directly to the Initiatives. This process will help you gain insights into where the value currently occupies within your organisation and helps identify process bottlenecks. The Stage-Gate Process Dashboard will also assist with the analysis of time each item has spent in its current stage or Stage-Gate.
There also exists graphical filtering options within the Process Dashboard. These will allow you to view your Stage-Gate according to:

- Plan
- Forecast
