How do I compare scenarios?

When you have created multiple Scenarios and are ready to analyse the different options, you can click on the Compare (Scenarios) button from the Initiative Properties dashboard.

The Scenario analysis dashboard shows the first three options that are available in your Business Case. You can select another option in the different slots by clicking on the scenario select box.

When we compare the scenarios, we have various options in terms of visual metrics to aid you in determining the best fit for your Business Case taking into account all your portfolio goals. 

You can Clone a scenario in order to produce slight variations. 

When you want to recommend a specific option, click on the Recommend button of the current option. The criteria you select in the Scenarios Dashboard will appear here for each Scenario. 

Click on the Activate option selection button when you have decided you want to activate the current scenario. Initiatives and related benefits etc. that are not part of this scenario will be archived.
