Amplify™ security architecture does not permit stakeholders without licenses to view data on the platform.

This is due to the fact that Amplify™ uses role-based access control (RBAC) to restrict network access based on the role of an individual user within the enterprise. RBAC grants employees access rights and privileges to view and/or edit data that a user needs to do their job, whilst preventing them from accessing information that doesn't pertain to them, and/or they are not entitled to see.
Whilst ‘stakeholders without licenses’ are not able to access Amplify™ directly, the platform does enable licensed users to output a wide range of standard and customised reports in multiple formats such as; Pdf, CSV, image, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
