Amplify initiatives can contain special Items to help you manage them. There are three types of Item:
- Risks
- Dependencies
- Other
Risks
Risks represent things that can affect the overall scope of your initiative, like resources and costs, and are typically categorised as either a Risk, Assumption, or Issue.
Dependency
A dependency occurs when dependent tasks can affect the timelines of an initiative, causing delays or realising more resources.
Other
The Other classification exists typically for an action that requires an approval, like a change request or an initiative decision.
Standard Fields
As each of these classifications have different requirements, Amplify has simplified the standard fields available to each classification. This does not include custom fields mapped to a classification. These fields are summarised in the table below.
