Initiative classifications support a number of optional features that can be turned on. Unlike Initiative Items, these aren't records you create — they're settings and tools you switch on.
- Chat — leave comments for other users within an initiative.
- Documents — attach files to initiatives of this classification.
- Integrations — upload data to an initiative from a spreadsheet or CSV file.
- Task Board — a visual workflow board that tracks tasks as they move through different stages.
- Benefit Map — a visual representation of how the initiative links to the objects contributing to its business objectives.
- Pathway — a logic map showing how each benefit was deduced from the business problems it addresses.
- Initiative Workbook — a configurable, simplified landing page for an initiative.
- Reports — download information in a defined, formatted layout, such as PDF.
- Scenarios — model and evaluate different ways of selecting and prioritizing initiatives within a portfolio.
- Schedule — a visual Gantt timeline showing an initiative's tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
- Status Report — request and receive status updates on project information.
Benefit Map and Pathway are being phased out and will eventually be removed from Amplify entirely.
