A Sample Value Dashboard

The screenshot below shows a Value Dashboard for the benefits/impacts of a Program. The chart shows; total baseline, plan, forecast and ‘actuals’ to date. The
Amplify™ Index (100%) provides a simple indicator of performance against plan.
The table, below the chart, lists ‘child’ workstreams and projects, in a ‘tree view’. Benefit plan and
forecast data is displayed for each project, aggregated to workstream level.
Controls to the right of the table, titled ‘columns’ and ‘filters,’ enable the table data to be further
analysed and manipulated using the investment dashboard.
Filters can be saved for future use, and data can be exported as an Excel file.
