Archiving a RAID item
You can archive a RAID item using the RAID item dashboard or the Card view.
To archive a RAID item from the RAID card view:
- Locate the RAID item card you wish to archive.
- Click on the Archive "trash" button on the card.
- Click on the Confirm button.
You have now archived the RAID item.
To archive, a RAID item from the Risk Dashboard, go to the hamburger menu and click on the Archive button.
Alternatively, you can use the Archive button on the RAID sidesheet.
Viewing Archived RAID Items
Archived records will not be visible by default on the card view.
To view archived RAID items:
- Click on the View Archive option.
The number of archived records will be displayed in brackets along with the option label.
This will display all archived items.
Restoring an Archived RAID Item
You can restore an archived item from the card view or from the dashboard.
To restore from the card view:
- Click on the View Archive option.
- From the archived records list, locate the RAID item card you wish to restore.
- Click on the Restore button.
- Click on the Confirm button.
You have now restored the RAID item. You will now be able to see the RAID item in the card view by default.
Deleting an Archived RAID item
If you want to remove a RAID item permanently, you will need to archive it first and later use the Delete "trash can" button.
To delete an archived RAID item:
- Click on the View Archive option.
- From the archived records list, locate the RAID item card you wish to delete.
- Click on the Delete "trash can" button.
- Click on the Confirm button.
If the RAID card view is accessed from a parent initiative, the Archived Items page will show the Delete Local Archived Items button clicking on which all archived local RAID items will be permanently removed from the system.
