The Resource tab enables you to add resource management capabilities to your program. It is possible to define different types of resources and set the maximum number of resources that the program can have. Once resources are configured, users can control the resource demand in their projects based on the program's resource limit.
This feature is disabled by default. When you enable resources, the following functionalities will be made available to the users:
- Resource Capacities widget on the program's Properties dashboard - This feature allows you to define the maximum number of different types of resources the program can accommodate.
By default, Amplify provides four inbuilt resource types. When you enable the resource setting, all of these resources become available. - Resource Demand menu in the projects - The demand for each type of resource can be recorded in the Resource Demand pages within each project.
This article discusses:
- Creating Resource Types
