Your administrator can reset the password for you at any time.
If you are an administrator, follow these steps to reset a user's password.
- Navigate to Manage Users tab in Administration interface.
- Open the specific user profile.
- Click on Edit button.
- Scroll down and click on Force Password Change.
Amplify will send an email containing a reset password link to the user's registered email address.
