The first screenshot provides a table view of the initiatives (workstreams and projects) that are being
managed as part of a Business Transformation Portfolio. The controls on the right-hand side of the
screenshot, enable the data to be filtered on any field, or combination of fields and analysed in
pivot-table mode.
Custom fields can be used to organise initiatives by location, e.g. country or territory, and time
interval/lifecycle stages.
In table view, in-line editing provides the user with a method, for rapid data entry/updates across
the full range of fields (including custom fields) for each initiative managed as part of the Business
Transformation Programme.
The next screenshot shows the benefits ledger view, for the entire Business Transformation
Portfolio. In this case, benefits are managed at the portfolio-level. Users are able to view and edit
data for benefits plans, actuals and forecasts directly via the ledger interface, either individually, or
as an array of data from an external spreadsheet.
The screenshot below shows a cost ledger for an Infrastructure Maintenance project, also managed
as part of the Business Transformation Programme. In this case, costs are managed at the project
rather than the portfolio-level. Users are able to view and edit a budget, actual and forecast cost data,
including by cost code, either individually, or as an array of data from an external spreadsheet.
