When you have created your initiatives, benefits and measures there are some standard reports available in the reporting section of your initiative, business case and on the enterprise dashboard.
Additional reports can be created through Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
The available reports on the initiative can be accessed by clicking on the Reports button on the initiative dashboard:
Benefit Profile Report | Outputs a benefit profile (one-page contract) for all benefits contained within the current initiative. |
My Benefit Profiles | Outputs all benefit profiles (one-page contract) for all those benefits contained within the current initiative of which you are the owner. |
One Benefit Profile | Outputs one benefit profile (one-page contract): enter the benefit ID to pick the right one. |
Benefit Leads Report |
Lists benefits and measures and it's status for the current initiative and its children. |
Benefit Status Report | A status profiles for each benefit including NPVs and impacts from contributing initiatives, measures and risks. |
Initiative Status Report | Dashboard report for the current initiative and its children. Also lists details on all benefits and measures. |
Benefits Approvals Summary Report | Benefits approval summary. |
Benefits Extract Financial Year Summary | This report provides financial year summary of benefit returns, offering a comparison between baselined, planned and actual returns, grouped by Initiatives to which the benefits belong. |
Initiative Status Report | Dashboard report for the current initiative and its children. Also lists details on all benefits and measures. |
Project Status Report | The reports outputs project summary (including status indicators, investment and benefit return overview) for every project under the current initiative. |
Benefit Pathway | For printing of the Benefit Pathway as defined on this initiative. |
Benefits Realisation Register | Benefits Realisation Register for the current initiative and its children: lists all benefits and measures grouped by initiative with status and ownership information. |
Risk register | Lists detailed summary of risks and assumptions grouped by a business case, based upon user selection of whether to show open risks or all the risks. |
The available reports at the business case can be accessed by clicking on the Reports button on the business case dashboard:
Baseline vs. Current Plan | This report compares the baseline data vs planned data for all the benefits in the business case. |
Benefit Pathways | For printing of the Benefit Pathway as defined on the components of this business case. |
Business Case Report | This report justifies the undertaking of a respective initiative by providing a cost-benefit analysis, listing risks and approvals. |
Options Comparison | This report compares various options based on their investments and returns. |
The available reports at an enterprise level can be accessed by clicking on the Reports button on the enterprise dashboard:
Benefits and Measures Data Table | Data extraction: this report outputs one table with most of the data associated with benefits and measures. |
Benefits Approvals Summary Report | Benefits approval summary. |
Benefits Extract Financial Year Summary | This report provides financial year summary of benefit returns, offering a comparison between baselined, planned and actual returns, grouped by Initiatives to which the benefits belong. |
Benefits Realisation Register | Benefits Realisation Register for the current initiative and its children: lists all benefits and measures grouped by initiative with status and ownership information. |
Business Case Status Report | A report summarising the return for each Business Case, offering a comparison between the business case value, current plan and actuals to date. |
Initiative Hierarchy | Lists all initiatives, grouped by parent-child relationships. |
Portfolio Dashboard | Lists the status information of the portfolios, along with the business case dashboards. |
Risk register | Lists detailed summary of risks and assumptions grouped by a business case, based upon user selection of whether to show open risks or all the risks. |
The reports are designed to run as PDF, but you can also use other formats, for example, Word or Excel. Click on the arrow next to Download PDF to select the other formats.
Some reports, such as risk register, need a selection before the report is run. Click on the Configure button next to the report to make the selection. After the selection is made, use the Download PDF button to run the report.
