New Features
Hierarchy Governance
Mark Initiatives as Confidential
Users can now mark initiatives, programs, and projects as confidential, and that confidentiality follows through to local Benefits, Measures, Costs, Goals, Tasks, Resource Demands, and other related child entities.
When an Initiative is marked as Confidential, or the confidentiality label has been removed, a timeline entry is created to preserve a complete audit trail.
The result is tighter control over sensitive work without creating separate workflows, classifications, or complex implementations for it.
Confidential Visibility as a Role Permission
Roles can now be configured to grant access to Confidential entities through the Confidential Visibility permission. This permission can be configured flexibly to suit differing governance structures.
Users without Confidential Visibility to the relevant areas of the hierarchy will not be able to view, access, or navigate to any of those Initiatives or child entities.Â
Additionally, warnings have been added to let Initiative team members know if an added user is not assigned a role that grants them the required Confidential Visibility permission.
This means that confidential projects remain visible only to those who are authorized to view them.Â
Baselines
Schedule Automated Baseline Capture
Initiative Baselines can now be configured to record automatically on a recurring schedule with easy configuration and timeline entry support.
Users can select a frequency, day of the week, and time of date for baselines to be recorded, as well as a date to start the capture of scheduled baselines.
This gives teams a structured way to capture baseline points over time, which is especially useful when comparing planned delivery against what actually happened.
Custom Fields
Updated Custom Field Management
The Custom Fields area has been significantly improved to make creating and editing fields clearer and more manageable. Â
The Custom Field list now supports sorting and grouping by any column, as well as providing quick filters for name, label, or the object type that it is attached to.
Using this table, users can view all custom fields attached to benefits, or specific classifications.Â
View and Reorder All Custom Fields from the Classification
You can now view all custom fields mapped to a classification from a new tab on the classification details page.
The Properties Tab displays standard detail fields and all Custom Fields that are mapped to the Classification.
The order of these custom fields can be updated by clicking and dragging the rows to reorder them in the way the most suits your needs. This order is saved and will be the order that the fields are presented to the user in.
Choose What Fields are Displayed on Create FormsÂ
Admins can now control which custom fields are displayed on the create forms for a specific classification. Â
A new control has been added to the classifications properties page which allows users to configure if a non-required custom field will be shown on the create form. Required fields will always display on create forms.
This means that administrators will now have more control over the initial data capture across all entities while reducing the number of fields presented to their users. Â
Custom Field Create and Edit Experience Improvements
Custom Fields can now be edited either from the Custom Fields page in Administration settings or directly from within a specific Classification's Properties page.
We've made creating and editing custom fields easier by moving the experience into a familiar side sheet experience. Users should expect a significantly improved experience across all basic custom field types like select, radio, and text area fields, as well as more advanced custom field types like linked select, calculated custom fields, and more.
Your existing custom fields retain all their configuration and data, they're just easier to update and maintain now.

Enhancements
Custom Fields
Multi-Select Fields can now be used in Calculated Custom Fields
Users can now leverage multi-select custom fields within their Calculated Custom Fields. Previously, calculated custom fields were only able to be configured using Select and Number fields.
Importantly, weâre introducing functions that allow users to specify how multiple values should be aggregated â average (avg), total (sum), and count.
This means that calculated custom fields are now more powerful and can take more inputs to supercharge and automate data population.
Workflows and Approvals
Conditional Stage Gate Approvals can now use Number FieldsÂ
Users can now leverage an Initiativeâs custom number-type fields when configuring conditional stage gate workflows.
This means that conditional workflows are even smarter and provide greater flexibility for teams looking to configure governance workflows dependent on specific initiative properties.Â
Configure Notifiable Roles for Workflow Oversight
Users may now configure workflow notifications for âNotifiable Rolesâ.
These are typically roles which may not play an active role in the approvals process, but who require updates on the progress of an approval or Initiative.
Notifiable Role notifications can be configured for requests submitted, rejected, and approved across all workflow types. These notifications are also smart enough to know if the User is already receiving a notification for this workflow due to being either an approval role or the submitter.
The result is greater notification control without adding to the noise, giving users clearer insight into the things that matter to them.Â
Status Reports
Cost Widget Now Available on Status Reports
Users can now add the Cost Widget to Status Report Templates, giving users the same flexible cost visibility already made available for Benefits.
Users can now view cost totals, variance, and series data directly from the Status Report. They may also choose to switch between horizontal and vertical graph views.
This means that status reports paint a more complete financial picture of the Initiative and grant users clearer insight into cost impact alongside benefits.Â
Schedule
View Schedule Rollups and Baselines Together
The Schedule tool has been visually updated when using Rollups to make milestones and tasks easier to see.
Additionally, users may now configure the Schedule to view both Rollups and Baselines in the same view.
This means that the schedule is now easier to read and allows teams to display the data that matters to them all in one view.Â
